At Coco Veda, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. Please read the following guidelines and procedures regarding returns:

Eligibility

– Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
– Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
– Personal care products and intimate items are non-returnable for hygienic reasons.

Initiating a Return

– To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at cvsg@cocoveda.sg 
– Provide your name, order number, reason for return, and any supporting information or images if applicable.

Return Shipping

– Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Coco Veda error or a defective/damaged product.
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
– We are not responsible / liable for any products lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Refunds

– Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
– Refunds will be processed within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
– The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
– Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes or customs duties paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Exchanges

– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

– In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the item.
– We may request photographic evidence or additional information regarding the damage or defect.
– We will provide a resolution (refund, replacement, or store credit) based on the specific circumstance.
